We use customer phone numbers only to provide the Callfy service on behalf of participating merchants (e.g., cart/checkout assistance, order-related messages, and offers when applicable) and only where the end user has provided consent through the merchant's opt-in flow. We do not sell customer phone numbers or share them with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share limited data with service providers (such as telephony/SMS providers like Twilio) strictly to deliver messages and calls, detect fraud, comply with carrier requirements, and maintain delivery/opt-out records. Messages are only sent to opted-in users. End users can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP and can request assistance by replying HELP.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • We use reputable cloud providers that may maintain industry certifications (e.g., SOC 2)

SMS Consent: SMS messages are only sent to users who have affirmatively opted in through the merchant's checkout process. We do not send SMS to users who have not provided explicit consent. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and opt-out requests are honored immediately.
